Project Overview
In Irkutsk, Siberia, a new oil and gas processing facility required robust power distribution equipment capable of uninterrupted operation in extreme cold—where winter temperatures regularly drop below -40°C. The client needed compact, highly reliable transformers that could fit into constrained indoor or semi-indoor electrical rooms while supporting continuous 24/7 production. Given the accelerated project timeline, minimizing commissioning risks and ensuring rapid energization were critical to on-schedule plant startup.

Engineered for CIS Countries, Validated Globally
In continuous-process industries like oil and gas, power isn’t just infrastructure—it’s operational continuity. This project succeeded by aligning material science, compact engineering, and responsive support.
pictext_pic_1
Engineered Resin Integrity for Arctic Conditions
The specialized low-temperature cast-resin formulation prevents embrittlement and micro-cracking in deep freeze, ensuring consistent dielectric strength and mechanical stability throughout the Siberian winter.
pictext_pic_2
Space-Efficient, Yet Fully Protected
Despite tight room constraints, the IP31+ enclosures provide adequate dust and drip protection while allowing passive cooling—critical for dry-type units in enclosed areas.
pictext_pic_3
Accelerated Commissioning, Reduced Field Risk
Factory pre-testing and remote technical guidance enabled quick, smooth energization—supporting the client’s fast-track schedule without compromising safety or performance.
